Speaking to a gathering of the nation's CEOs on Thursday, Obama defended his plans for pulling the economy out of a downward spiral, saying......"I've never bought into these Malthusian, woe, Chicken Little, the earth is falling. I tend to be pretty optimistic."
Umm, the "earth" is falling? And here I always thought that Chicken Little feared the "sky" was falling.
Still I suppose this is consistent in the world of Obama, where up is down and down is up---or maybe it was just that his teleprompter that was down.
